Returns Overview
We want you to be confident in your Fitwell purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
United States Returns
Free returns within the United States.
If you’re located in the US and decide to return an eligible item within 30 days:
- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
- No restocking fees
- No need to cite a defect
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
This policy reflects the realities of international shipping and customs handling.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Or incorrect due to our error
Please contact us immediately upon receipt.
In these cases:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, regardless of location

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order once the return is accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of approval status
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Final Notes
- Returns must be shipped back within the approved return window
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse
